It has taken quite awhile to figure out what it is that gives me meaning. What it is I think I need from life to flourish. What lets my soul be satiated.. At least momentarily. I will admit to believing, long ago, that with enough money anyone could be happy. Or maybe it was wanting to believe this. It would be the easiest way to exist. Wouldn’t it? Get the money. Get the Happiness. It turns out there’s no getting out of the work if you want to go to Heaven. More importantly, setting out to create something and having it exceed your expectations is for me, very satisfying.

Instead of pursuing money, as we are groomed young to do. Before you pursue money for money’s sake. Ask yourself what you want most of all in life. Love? Friendship? The biggest house in the neighborhood? Some things require money and some do not.

Simple is Relative I suppose. Life is simple if you know where your goal posts are. You will be much happier if you keep it simple.

Feed your Brain. Nourish others. Give more than you get. You will be satisfied more often than not.
